Audubon Louisiana Nature Center is a treasured community resource. The Nature Center lies beside to Joe Brown Park in New Orleans East on 86 acres of hardwood bottomland forest, about a 20-minute drive outside of downtown New Orleans, its development was a project of the Junior League of Greater New Orleans, opening March 23, 1980.
